Outline the new year!


January seems to get us all excited for resolutions, goals,dreams, planning and new beginnings.

It’s a great time to start fresh and motivate yourself for the year ahead, it’s the time to stop procrastinating and start doing.

But, you know…the stocking sweets are still on the counter and the house is overrun of new toys, Christmas tree needles will continue to tick at list for another month and you have so many apologies that you get to the end of the month and those goals are already forgotten.

This year I wanted to try something different, I wanted to take my time to back into habits and routines and reality of our daily life out of “no-rule-time” of the year and evaluate the past year before set expectations for the new one.

I didn’t want to feel like…just another year…I want this year to be one of learn and growth and wonder.

A few days ago I was listening to a motivational podcast as I run (ok it sounds weird that I prefer to listen to someone would speaks rather than music while I run but it is so) and the man who’s speaking , sorry I can’t remember his name, said that we have to try to figure out this

If I could have all I want how I’d see my life?

If I knew I can’t fail anything what would I try to accomplish, what goals would I give myself?

Well, I’ve tried and I found out that I have not big issues with my life.

I’ve all I need! I’m happy!

What amazing breakthrough!!!

I have a nice and comfortable home, I’m lucky enough to be home to take care of my healthy kids and we have everything we need and also a little bit of dispensable and I even have the luxury of some available time .

So what more can I desire, what more I have to plan for?

It took some time to spot my way but in the end I realized that life changes and things that you can’t live without last year maybe now are forgotten so you need to edit your plan as you go along.

You have to continue working on creating a life that you love and makes you happy .

It’s a big change of perspective!

So what are my goals, what I really want to accomplish this year?

  • I want stop wasting….goods, energy but first and for most time.
  • I want to stop procrastinating and make lists instead of doing, I’ve to go out there and make things happen!
  • I want to master consistency.
  • I want to get out of my comfort zone and learn new things that feeds my mind.
  • I want to live experiences and collecting moments.


My resolution for 2019 ?
